Obviously there's no part of the Bible that puts a condemn to the question of interracial marriages. The Bible is incorruptible, the Bible doesn't support hatred, dislike or racism. Since hatred is not of the Lord, interracial marriages isn't also disapproved by God almighty. But some people seem to be against the motive of interracial marriage, by justifying their opposition using the scripture of Deuteronomy 7:1-4.
1" The Lord your God will bring you into the land which you are going to occupy, and he will drive many nation's out of it. As you advance, he will drive out seven nations larger and more powerful than you: the Hittites, the Girgashites , the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. 2" When the Lord your God places these people in your power and you defeat them, you must put them all to death. Do not make an alliance with them or show them any mercy. 3" Do not marry any of them, and do not let your children marry any of them, 4" because then they will lead your children astray from the Lord to worship
other gods. If that happens the Lord will be angry with you and destroy you at once.
Here in the passage is different from inter race combination or anything of such what the Bible passage is literally saying is that God gave a decree to the people of Israelites not to marry the daughters of the foreign seven nations who were fond of worshipping idols and so many foreign gods. It had nothing to do with inter race marriage or skin differences. Since God is the creator of all kinds of race, he definitely can't be against interracial marriage. The Bible not in any of it's scriptures, stated a no to interracial marriage. The only thing the Bible made mentioned of was in the aspect of believers going into marriage with unbelievers. That is absolutely wrong in the sight of God, Infact he hates that.

Neither shalt thou make marriages with them ; they daughters thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto the son.

Be ye not equally yoked together with unbelievers; for what fellowship hath righteous with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?
15" And what Concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16" And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as good hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them ; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
